Enjoying Grandma's Company
Yesterday was a wonderful/delightful/fantastic day because I got to spend time with my grandma. We started our day by baking/cooking/reading. She taught me how to make/whip/prepare the most delicious/tasty/scrumptious cookies/cake/pie. After lunch/breakfast/dinner, we went for a walk/drive/bike ride in the park. I loved/enjoyed/had fun watching the birds/flowers/squirrels and listening to the sounds/music/wind rustling through the leaves/trees/grass. Grandma even shared some of her stories/memories/adventures with me. It was such a sweet/special/meaningful day, and I feel so lucky/grateful/blessed to have her in my life.

Every time I stop over at my house, one thing is always on my mind: Nana's famous treats. They are the chewiest cookies I've ever tasted. The trick is probably in the ingredients she puts into them.
